Sales Support Specialist | $3,000 - $5,000 + PB (Quarterly)

• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6:30pm)
• Working Location: Robinson

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers professionally.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment documents.
• Verify customer payments and update records accurately.
• Perform daily sales reconciliation and settlement reports.
• Track outstanding payments and coordinate with the Finance team.
• Coordinate with Operations team on order status, alterations, and delivery schedules.
• Arrange appointments and send confirmations/reminders to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
• Organize and maintain documents, reports, and operational trackers.
• Manage office supplies and provide general administrative support.
• Liaise with vendors and external parties when required.
• Support process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

• 5+ years of experience in client relation, customer service/sales environment, sales co-ordination, clinic coordination, backend sales operations or reconciliation support
• Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, Instagram/Facebook DMs, email platforms, and CRM systems.
