Engineering Process Technician (UP$4k | Choose your Shift | Sign on Bonus!)

Job Scope:

• Support engineers in improving and maintaining production processes to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in setting up and organizing workflow processes according to customer and production requirements
• Maintain and update production work instructions and system records
• Support production team during new product setup (NPI) and mass production runs
• Conduct training and guidance for production staff on work procedures
• Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement activities (Kaizen)
• Support ISO-related activities and ensure proper process compliance
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and production team to solve process-related issues

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process environment preferred
• Basic knowledge in troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), or BOM is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to multitask and handle multiple priorities
• Team player with good communication skills
• Candidates from electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, precision engineering, or production background are welcome to apply
• Need to perform shift (Structured and standard off days), only work 14 days a month!
