Job Overview
We are looking for Process Technicians to support manufacturing operations, product quality, equipment maintenance, and process improvement activities within semiconductor production lines.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor product and process parameters to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency
- Perform process monitoring, yield reporting, and loss analysis
- Support preventive and corrective actions for process or equipment-related issues
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimise downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment reliability improvement
- Review and handle material disposition activities for final products
- Detect and report abnormal product losses, defects, or equipment issues promptly
- Coordinate with Engineers and cross-functional teams to support smooth production operations
- Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with cleanroom and safety protocols
- Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Engineering, Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines
- Knowledge of PLC will be an advantage
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with semiconductor manufacturing or equipment maintenance experience will have an advantage
- Comfortable working in cleanroom and rotating shift environment
- Shift Work
- Day Shift: 8AM – 8PM
- Night Shift: 8PM – 8AM
