Indoor/ Outdoor Sales Executive
About the role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Indoor/Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Essentials (SG) Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in the Sembawang North Region and will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What you'll be doing- Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to secure repeat business
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Providing detailed sales reports and feedback to the management team
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Enthusiasm and a drive to exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
