Responsibilities:

Liaise with the Project Department on Design issues and produce Construction and as-built drawings.
To assist Sales Department to produce design proposal.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of design in order to ensure minimum error in material fabrication and site installation.
To maintain and update the drawing database whilst maintaining historical records to enable supply of spare parts for older systems.
To ensure that adequate security is maintained at all times to prevent unauthorized access of the Company's proprietary information.
Liaise with Main Contractors for any coordination process.
To understand and proficiently operate BIM-related software, including CAD and Navisworks, to support design coordination and Project Execution.
To perform and task deemed necessary by the Management for the efficient running of the access of the operation of the Company.
Requirements: -
Recognized Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Mechanical / Engineering.
Min 2 years of working experience in CAD drafting in local industry (contractor firm preferred).
Min 2 years of working experience in BIM modeller in local industry (Contractor firm preferred).
Able to multi-task, Independent, self-discipline , willing to learn
Able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
