About the role

We are searching for a talented BIM Modeller to join our team at S&P SYSTEM SERVICES PTE LTD'. This is a full-time position based in the Sembawang North Region. As a BIM Modeller, you will play a crucial role in the Engineering Drafting operations of our company, contributing to the successful delivery of innovative projects.

What you'll be doing

Creating and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) using various software platforms
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM development
Interpreting design specifications and translating them into detailed 3D models
Performing clash detection and resolving any identified issues
Generating construction drawings, schedules, and other documentation from the BIM models
Providing technical support and training to project team members on BIM-related matters
Staying up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, standards, and best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in SINGAPORE a similar BIM Modeller role, preferably within the Engineering industry
Proficiency in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD,
Excellent understanding of building construction, materials, and engineering principles
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve design issues
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Familiarity with relevant BIM standards, guidelines, and industry best practices
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
