As the Head of Social Work, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Lead the planning and development of social work practice standards and quality outcomes to support and empower patients, clients, and caregivers through comprehensive support.
Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of social work and mental health services.
Assess needs and develop tailored social work services to support the patients, caregivers, and the broader community.
Review, refine, and improve social work department and other team processes and guidelines to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Guide, manage, and develop staff.
Establish and strengthen networking and collaborative partnerships with external organizations.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
Possess minimum 8 years of social work experience
Good track record in leadership or supervisory experience
