- Commercial Sales Manager / Business Development (Commercial Projects)
- Location: Geylang
- Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: $5,000 – $6,000
- Commission: 3% – 5% per invoice
- Attractive earning potential based on project sales
- Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Sales professional to help build and lead a new commercial sales department launching next year. The role focuses on penetrating the commercial project market, targeting retail brands, hospitality developments, corporate offices, and large-scale commercial spaces.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the company’s commercial project sales segment
- Build relationships with main contractors, architects, interior designers, and commercial developers
- Identify opportunities in retail chains, hospitality projects, offices, and commercial spaces
- Manage project sales cycles from lead generation to closing and invoicing
- Work closely with internal teams to support project proposals and technical requirements
- Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the commercial construction ecosystem
- Experience in commercial project sales within relevant industries such as:
- Flooring suppliers
- Lighting suppliers
- Glass suppliers
- Interior finishing materials
- Building materials or related sectors
- Strong network with main contractors, architects, or interior designers
- Proven track record in B2B or project-based sales
- Ability to develop new markets and drive revenue growth
