ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE / MNC / KENT RIDGE / 5 DAYS / $3.5K (NEGO)

INDUSTRY : CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING

Responsibilities:

• To conduct inventory stock take
• Assist Quarterly GST return preparation
• Bank reconciliation
• Assist and liaise with auditor for audit
• Supplier and customer master file maintenance
• Daily system operation in general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable maintenance
• Preparation of telegraphic transfer remittance – GCMS banking system
• Invoicing & LC Checking
• Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation (GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory etc)
• Assist in Cash flow maintenance and projection report
• Assist in month-end closing
• Monetary accounts reconciliation
• Data preparation for survey from government agency (Singstat, EDB etc)
• Adhoc supports for all accounting and finance duties

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Entry level - without experience with accounting qualification is welcome to apply.

FINANCE EXECUTIVE CUM ADMIN / MNC / BUONA VISTA / 5 DAYS / $4K (NEGO)

INDUSTRY : ENGINEERING

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end closing process.
• Submitting financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses etc.
• Review AP, AR, IC, GL and schedules to meet the timelines.
• Ensuring payments and receipts, amounts and records are correct.
• Prepare all accounts entries to ensure proper accounting for the business transactions and comply with accounting standards and policies.
• Responsible for ensuring adequate internal controls over company’s accounting and financial procedures.
• GST preparation and submission.
• Bank reconciliation
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and professional advisors on related matters.
• Key support to senior management in developing plans for financial growth, including setting KPI’s, budgeting and cash flow planning based on its revenues and other financial indicators.
• Manage Project Cost Accounting to track costs of respective projects closely and highlight any discrepancies or extraordinary increases/decreases to Management. Work closely with Operations and recommend cost control measures, if any, to reduce costs.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties - HR and payroll matters if the staff on leave
