Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end NPI and NPD procurement strategies to achieve sustainable cost reduction.
- Source and evaluate OEM/ODM suppliers to develop innovative home living and sanitary products.
- Support product development through BOM analysis, material availability insights, and component standardization.
- Establish sourcing processes and SOPs to drive procurement efficiency for new projects.
- Drive supplier quality management and CAPA through technical data and pre-testing compliance.
Requirements:
- At Least 3 years of sourcing specialist/ procurement executive experience; preferably from sanitary wares/ home living industry
