We are seeking a highly experienced IT Program / Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of critical IT systems supporting Global Markets and Wealth Management operations.
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to define solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integration across multiple systems.
Drive vendor evaluation and management, including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI processes, and technical/functional assessments.
Oversee testing, data migration, and cutover activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide governance and regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Contribute to the development of post-implementation support models for regional operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience: 15+ years’ experience in IT, program management, or change delivery within capital markets or financial services.
Proven track record leading complex, cross-border transformation projects involving multiple systems.
Strong functional knowledge of trade lifecycles, settlements, reconciliations, and post-trade operations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and external partners.
Experience with regulatory frameworks in APAC (MAS, SFC, HKMA) is desirable.
