Regional Commercial Operations Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience with data analysis.
- 5 years of experience in communication, strategy, and executive stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with real estate acquisition including Data Center acquisition.
- Experience with cost benchmarking, reporting on the unit cost of secured agreements of land and real estate acquisition.
- Experience with executive reporting.
- Experience in Salesforce, QuickBase, SAP and other Data Management tools.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate entry of key agreement terms, project details, and forecast information into required tools, and confirm adherence to established processes.
- Partner with the tooling team to develop and enhance systems for capturing crucial project data across the entire project life-cycle.
- Prepare essential data for regular leadership reporting such as Quarterly Business/Operations Review.
- Liaise with the central Program Manager (PgM) on implementing changes in the region to drive awareness and adoption.
- Analyze and report various unit costs associated with data center space and energy acquisition agreements to inform leadership business strategy and equip negotiators for future discussions.
