The Opportunity

Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading global technology company? RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented Global/APAC Talent Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy for our client, a thriving local technology giant based in the Central Region.

1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for APAC and global markets
2. Partner closely with the business to deeply understand hiring needs and craft tailored talent solutions
3. Manage and optimise the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding
4. Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing coaching, mentoring and development support
5. Leverage data and analytics to drive data-driven decision making and continuously improve processes
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative talent acquisition initiatives
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience
8. A strong and proven people leader

1. Significant experience (6+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
2. Strong and good knowledge on HR policies and governance
3. Experience in Global and APAC markets will be a plus
4. Proven track record of building and leading successful talent acquisition teams
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
6. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics to drive continuous improvement
7. Innovative and strategic thinker, with a passion for implementing creative talent solutions
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
9. Proficiency in managing talent acquisition across multiple regions and cultures
