Job Description

As we expand, we are seeking a sharp, proactive and flexible Personal Assistant to support the founder in managing a fast-paced and mission-driven business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is quick on their feet, and can work independently with poise and discretion.

This is not a rigid corporate admin role. It’s a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to work closely with a founder, help steer a high-growth business, and shape the future of Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, correspondence and administration
  • Assist with day-to-day operations
  • Be available and willing to work weekends (not regularly, just in special cases)
  • Open to travel with the founder and his team to Europe, Australia and Asia for conferences (visa requirements are important)
  • Liaise with clients and team members with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
  • Handle errands and ad-hoc personal tasks to free up executive time
  • Suggest and implement simple process improvements to support smoother operations
  • Support business growth activities such as partnerships, marketing, and event coordination
