About the Role
Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional with experience in enterprise software or manufacturing solutions? We're seeking a Sales Consultant on a fully commission-based arrangement to promote and sell Dassault Systèmes Industry Process Experience solutions to manufacturers across Singapore.This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business, leveraging cutting-edge digital transformation tools tailored for Industry 4.0.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with manufacturing companies in Singapore.
- Present the Dassault Systèmes Industry Process Experience portfolio (including 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, etc.) tailored to client needs in areas such as product lifecycle management (PLM), virtual twins, smart manufacturing, and digital continuity.
- Conduct product demonstrations and liaise with technical consultants to support solution positioning.
- Develop a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Proven track record in B2B solution sales, ideally within enterprise software, PLM, digital manufacturing, or industrial automation sectors.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing landscape in Singapore, especially SMEs and contract manufacturers.
- Consultative/solution selling experience, with ability to understand client pain points and map solutions to business outcomes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, especially in closing enterprise or complex deals.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and managing your own sales funnel.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for professional presentations.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and tools like Sales Navigator for prospecting.
- Working knowledge or exposure to Dassault Systèmes solutions, especially:
- 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
- ENOVIA (PLM and collaboration)
- CATIA (product design)
- DELMIA (digital manufacturing)
- SIMULIA (simulation & analysis)
- Understanding of Industry 4.0, product lifecycle, and digital twin concepts.
- Experience using sales enablement tools.
- Prior experience selling to engineering or IT teams in manufacturing environments.
- This is a fully commission-based role. Generous commission rates are offered based on deal size and complexity.
