About the role

Join our dynamic team at Atop Aesthetics Pte Ltd as a full-time Beauty Sales Consultant. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and selling our premium beauty products to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, retail environment and have a passion for all things beauty.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients
Engaging with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products
Proactively promoting and selling our range of high-quality beauty products
Maintaining an organised and visually appealing product display
Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your product knowledge

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales consultant role, ideally within the beauty industry
A keen interest in beauty products and trends, with excellent product knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
