Customer Support Engineer (CNC/Semi-con)

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for tasks mainly related to electrical and mechanical repairments either (A) or (B)

(A) CNC

(B) Semiconductor

Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning: Provide on-site technical service, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC Machine or semiconductor equipment at customer’s sites.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues on the machines and equipment.
Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support, answer customer inquiries, and act as a primary technical contact.
Documentation: Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and document all work performed.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (EH&S) policies.
Able to work independently
Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region on short notice for service job assignments if necessary.

Requirement:

Higher Nitec/Dip/Deg in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics with min 2 years experiences
Experience working with CNC Lathes and CNC Machining Centers (Citizen/Tsugami/Star), Or Service Engineer within the Semiconductor/Mechanical Engineering industries
Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to details
Good Teamwork Abilities & willing to learn and contribute to the company
Good communication skills to attend to customers for pre/post technical issues
