• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle from purchase request to purchase order closure, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers while coordinating closely with logistics, finance, and vessel operations teams
• Support tender exercises, cost-saving initiatives, supplier performance management, and ad-hoc procurement projects

• Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a related discipline
• Proven purchasing or procurement experience within the marine, offshore, or vessel-related industry
• Strong technical knowledge of vessel spare parts, equipment, and marine operations
• Experienced in supplier negotiation, quotation evaluation, and ERP-based procurement systems
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
