F&B Service Crew (5 days | Central)

About the role

As a Service Crew at SKI F&B Pte. Ltd. in the Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region, you will be an integral part of our vibrant hospitality team. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our valued guests.

1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
2. Assist with seating guests and presenting menus
3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
4. Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner
5. Ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly
6. Maintain a clean and well-organised dining area
7. Provide outstanding customer service and address any guest queries or concerns
8. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
4. Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for providing excellent service
5. Familiarity with food and beverage operations, including basic knowledge of menu items and preparation
6. Fluency in English and possibly an additional language would be an advantage
