1. Finance Executive (AR) /Up to $3,800 @Toh Guan

• Manage & process AR billing and monitor collections to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Process payments to vendors in accordance with company policies and approval workflows.
• Review, compile & analyse financial information to prepare journal entries & general ledger.
• Maintain accounting records, including balance sheet reconciliations, GL & month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly schedules and reports to support management reporting.
• Maintain and support the implementation of accounting control procedures.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies, and liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Provide administrative and billing support to the Sales Department where required.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices and proper monitoring of receivables.
• Ensure payments to vendors are processed and accordance with internal controls and approval limits.
• Ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day financial operations and monthly reports.

1. Sales Clerk (Marine Valve) /$2,000 - $3,000 @Joo Koon

• Attend inquiries, quotations, and taking orders including fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Organize sales presentations and ensure presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
• Contact customers to inform on the procedural and to understand their level of satisfaction.
• Monitor active purchase orders and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Report inventory or service issues to management or Sales Manager immediately
• Provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ leve with 1 year of sales support experience.
