We are a fast-growing regional technology and business services company headquartered in Singapore, supporting operations across Southeast Asia.

• Handle full set of accounts

• Manage AP / AR / GL functions

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial closing

• Prepare financial and management reports

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and corporate secretaries

• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis

• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and tax regulations

• Assist in payroll and HR-related administrative matters when required

必要时协助薪资及部分人事行政工作

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations

• Experience with Xero / QuickBooks / ERP systems is a plus

• Good communication skills in English; Chinese is an advantage to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
