We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Managing Director to lead our luxury bag retail business to new heights. If you are a strong leader with a deep understanding of high-end retail, business development, and cross-border operations, we want you on our team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and expand the business across Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and beyond
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for local and regional markets
• Manage retail operations, staffing, and customer service excellence
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Ensure brand consistency and a premium shopping experience
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting
• Uphold the brand’s prestige and ensure luxury standards in service and presentation
• Build and mentor a high-performing management team
• Cultivate partnerships and market opportunities to elevate brand visibility
• Coordinate international logistics and supply chain alignment
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required by business needs
• Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in luxury retail (Mandatory)
• Proven track record in business development and market expansion in Luxury retail for atleast 8 years.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) – required for regional Mandarin Speaking Client coordination
• Willing and able to travel frequently to China, Hong Kong, and other countries if needed
• Strong understanding of premium branding, retail trends, and customer experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and operational management skills
• Flexible and committed to working during weekends and public holidays
