Namtown is a modern Halal Vietnamese food brand known for delivering authentic flavors with a contemporary twist. With multiple outlets and a growing real estate portfolio, we’re ready to scale, and we’re looking for a dynamic Managing Director to lead the way.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Drive business strategy, growth plans, and long-term vision in line with the founder’s direction.

Operations Oversight:

Lead daily operations across F&B outlets, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and service quality.

Team Management:

Build and lead high-performing teams, including outlet managers, kitchen crew, and support staff.

Financial Management:

Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control to ensure sustainable profitability.

Business Development:

Identify opportunities for expansion (e.g., new outlets, collaborations, franchising, or licensing).

Brand Growth:

Work with marketing and branding teams to strengthen Namtown’s identity and market presence.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Liaise with the Founder, investors, suppliers, and landlords to align operational goals with business strategy.

Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
Proven track record of managing multi-outlet operations or scaling a business
Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset and high adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Halal or Asian cuisine operations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred
