We're Hiring: Admin (Work-from-Home) ?

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (9am-6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Manage emails, calls, and online communication with clients and vendors
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and follow-ups
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
  • Maintain and update records in Excel or internal systems
  • Provide general support to the management team

Requirements: ✅ Prior admin experience preferred (especially in construction, renovation, or service industries)

✅ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
✅ Good communication and organizational skills
✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision

✅ Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented

✅ Must own Laptop or Computer with internet connection
