Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Manage emails, calls, and online communication with clients and vendors
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Maintain and update records in Excel or internal systems
- Provide general support to the management team
Requirements: ✅ Prior admin experience preferred (especially in construction, renovation, or service industries)
✅ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)✅ Good communication and organizational skills
✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented
✅ Must own Laptop or Computer with internet connection
