This role encompasses day-to-day operations, infrastructure support, and active participation in regional projects driven by business and client needs.
about the job- Administer and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
- Manage DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.
- Maintain and monitor infrastructure alerting systems, including SIEM tools.
- Manage and support network security systems such as firewalls, VPNs, RADIUS servers, and vulnerability scanners.
- Oversee VoIP telephony systems and ensure reliable service delivery.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for network-related issues and serve as an escalation point for complex incidents.
- Collaborate with on-site engineers and contractors for provisioning network services, including structured cabling.
- Lead or actively contribute to network and infrastructure projects.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours network support.
- Support various other operational duties required in a fast-paced and complex data center environment.

Routing: OSPF, BGP, CIDR, VRRP, IPv6 ; Switching: VLANs, LACP, PoE, STP ; Networking Protocols & Services: DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN
Hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux server environments is beneficial. Comfortable with both strategic and hands-on tasks in building and managing data center infrastructure.
