Tuition Centre Looking for Sales Manager

This involves being responsive even when away from office, and being able to communicate fluently with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Requirement: Our clients are mainly Chinese-based; therefore, candidates must be able to communicate fluently with Chinese parents in their Mother Tongue.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 11.00am – 7.00pm (includes 1 hour lunch break)
Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am – 6.30pm (includes 1 hour lunch break)
Weekly working hours: 44 hours
Weekly off: 1.5 days (face to face discussion)

Public Holidays: OFF

Job Duty
  1. Manage sales team
  2. Relationship management with all clients
  3. Take part in digital marketing duties
  4. Organising marketing events and outing (e.g., Seminar, talk, presentation etc.)

Job Requirement
  1. Polytechnic diploma, equivalent or higher
  2. Highly responsive, responsible, and earnest
  3. Team player, and also able to work independently
  4. Understand Chinese clients’ needs
  5. Communication after working hours is required
  6. Weekend Work is required
  7. Patient and love to communicate with people
  8. Eager to learn and able to take feedback positively
Preferred background (any of the following)
  1. Possessing professional knowledge and skills relating to relationship management
  2. Having experience in sunning social network account or media platform (e.g., XiaoHongShu, WeChat channel/official account, Weibo, Instagram etc.)
  3. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, photo, or video editing apps
  4. Possessing sales, customer service or relationship management experience
  5. Proficient in English and Chinese reading and writing
  6. Present good interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure
  7. Having Singapore primary and/or secondary education experience
