AltitudeX is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, developing new business opportunities, and working in a dynamic experiential tourism and entertainment environment.

About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate partnerships, and driving sales growth across multiple market segments including:

  • Corporate clients
  • Travel and tourism partners
  • Hotels and concierge partners
  • Schools and institutions
  • Events and team-building organisations
  • Lifestyle and strategic collaborations

You will work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Management teams to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships that expand AltitudeX's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Generate leads, conduct sales outreach, and convert prospects into clients
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop corporate packages, event collaborations, and partnership opportunities
  • Manage sales pipelines, proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, tourism partners, hotels, and agencies
  • Explore opportunities with MICE, tourism, lifestyle, and experiential sectors
Corporate Partnerships & Account Management
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts
  • Develop long-term partnership strategies and collaboration opportunities
  • Coordinate with clients on events, bookings, activations, and campaigns
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery
Market Development & Strategy
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities
  • Work with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and partnership activations
  • Support management with sales forecasting and reporting
Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate partnership requirements and event logistics internally
  • Prepare regular sales reports and business updates for management
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
  • Experience in tourism, attractions, hospitality, lifestyle, events, or entertainment industries will be advantageous
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and target-driven
  • Comfortable with networking and relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
