Roles & Responsibilities
BEAUTY VALLEY PTE. LTD. is a leading education institution in Singapore, offering accredited vocational training in beauty, wellness, digital marketing, and AI. We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Sales Representative to join our team.Your primary goal will be to connect with potential students and help them kickstart their career journey through our professional courses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on leads from social media, website inquiries, and walk-ins to convert them into course enrollments.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the career goals of potential learners and recommend the most suitable courses and available government subsidies (e.g., SkillsFuture).
- Daily Outreach: Perform high-volume outbound calls and handle messaging (WhatsApp/Email) to engage with prospects.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly individual sales KPIs and monthly enrollment targets.
- Administrative Support: Assist students with the registration paperwork and ensure all student data is accurately entered into the CRM system.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with current students to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
- Event Support: Participate in roadshows, previews, and educational fairs to generate new leads.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Experience in the beauty or education industry is a huge plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Mindset: Resilient, hardworking, and driven by commissions/targets.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
Bonus Points:
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking learners).
- Familiarity with SSG/WSQ funding and the SkillsFuture portal.

- 沟通: 优秀的口头表达能力,不害怕打冷拨电话 (Cold calling/Follow-up calls)。
- 心态: 具备抗压能力,目标导向,对赚取佣金有强烈欲望。
- 技术: 熟练使用 WhatsApp Business、CRM 系统和 Office 软件。
- 能够使用中英双语沟通。
- 熟悉新加坡 SSG/WSQ 拨款流程及 SkillsFuture 信用使用。
