Process Engineer (1yr contract/ S$4500-6000 @ Tuas)

For business expansion, our client is hiring one Process Engineer at their Tuas manufacturing plant.

Work Location: Tuas Avenue 2

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, plan, and execute improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cost.
• Lead project management activities for productline improvements, including change control, MSA, and process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Develop process FMEAs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation, and train operators on validation activities.
• Analyse top production losses and implement actions to eliminate waste and improve OEE.
• Support capacity planning, process optimization, and documentation of budgeted rates.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Quality Systems, safety regulations, and ISO14001 environmental requirements.
• Participate in manufacturing projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering disciplines.
• Good experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), change control, MSA, FMEA development, and creation of manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Good project management and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to lead productivity, cost‑reduction, and OEE improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
