io-consultants is expanding its activities in Asia and is looking for an administrative assistant to be based in Singapore. The candidate must be a team player, have initiative and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of office system and equipment
  • Handling of local and overseas staff travel arrangements
  • Handling of Managers and Consultants reimbursement claims
  • Project filing and organisation (computerised)
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Processing of suppliers invoices
  • Handling of staff leave
  • Assist Administration Manager in administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Good spoken and written English, communication skills.
  • 2 or more years’ working experience, preferably in similar administrative functions would be an advantage
  • Must have initiative and self-learning

Remuneration:

  • $2,000 - $4,000
  • Can be discussed, depending on experience and know-how.
