We are partnering with our client looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing strategy — driving DTC growth through impactful digital campaigns while managing offline event activations through agency partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Agency Management — Partner with external marketing agencies to plan and execute SEO/SEM, paid search, and digital ad campaigns that maximise ROI
- Social Media & Content — Oversee brand presence across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok; lead creative content planning to build brand awareness and audience engagement
- Omnichannel Support — Bridge digital marketing efforts with offline touchpoints including roadshows and retail stores to deliver a seamless ROPO (Research Online, Purchase Offline) consumer journey
- Proven experience in a marketing management or similar role
- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing — SEO/SEM, paid social, and performance campaigns
- Strong agency management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with social media content strategy across key platforms
- Comfortable navigating both online and offline marketing environments
- Prior experience in the consumer products, health & wellness, or retail sector is advantageous
