☑ At least 5years of Main Contractor QS experience.

• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Handle procurement, tendering, and subcontractor appointment.
• Manage subcontract administration, progress claims, and payment certification.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budget performance.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and variation orders.
• Conduct site measurements and maintain cost records.
• Prepare final accounts for main contract and subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with Project Manager, Site Team, and Consultants.

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
• 3–10 years of Main Contractor QS experience.
• Knowledge of SIA / PSSCOC contracts.
• Strong in measurement, cost control, and tender analysis.
• Familiar with Excel, CostX, Bluebeam, Aconex.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
