Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgeting, and tender submissions
Manage project costing, claims, and variation orders
Monitor project progress and control project costs
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare contract documents and support project administration
Ensure timely project billing and final account settlement

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
Relevant experience in Electrical or Interior Fit-Out projects
Good understanding of contracts, costing, and tender processes
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
