Resident Services Executive / Care Coordinator (Hospitality & Healthcare Ops)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for residents, ensuring their daily needs are met smoothly and professionally
  • Coordinate care-related services including medical appointments, therapy sessions, meals, and lifestyle arrangements
  • Support the development and execution of individual resident care and service plans
  • Monitor residents’ well-being and escalate concerns to relevant healthcare or supervisory teams when needed
  • Handle resident feedback, requests, and service issues promptly and effectively
  • Organise and support community engagement activities to encourage social interaction and wellbeing
  • Work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records related to resident needs, updates, and service coordination
  • Contribute to improving operational processes and service quality within the residence
⏰ Work Arrangement
  • Rotating shifts between:
  • 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Additional staggered shifts may be assigned to support end-of-day operations
  • 44 hours per week
  • May varies depending on resident needs and facility schedule
  • Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality, Healthcare, Social Services, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or eldercare environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, service-oriented personality
  • Patient, empathetic, and comfortable working with elderly residents
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in coordinating across teams and external service providers
  • Shift work required, including weekends and public holidays
