Telemarketer / Telesales ( Financial Services ) - Toa Payoh

Working Hours :

• 5 Days work week ,Mon - Fri , 9-6

Remuneration :

• Basic up to $3,500

Job Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote financial services.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, or past customer databases.
• Schedule appointments for sales agents or advisors to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, call quotas, and performance benchmarks.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

• Proven experience as a telemarketer, telesales representative, or similar role (preferably in financial services).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive phone manner.
• Ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems.
