Senior Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services

(Executive Search or Contracting/Temp/Staffing)

We’re expanding our Financial Services practice and hiring 1–2 Senior Consultants who can hunt, win, and deliver. If you love building books of business and want real ownership in a high-growth desk, let’s talk.

The Opportunity

Own and scale a revenue stream across Corporate / Private / Retail / Investment Banking, Family Offices, Asset Management, Insurance, FinTech/Payments, Blockchain & Digital Assets—in Singapore and across the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Win new logos & expand key accounts — drive outreach, meetings, pitches, PSLs and terms.
  • Run full 360 (or 270) mandates — from market mapping and headhunt to close; or build/scale a contracting/temp book with rapid cycles and renewals.
  • Partner like an owner — collaborate with a tight squad, share intel, cross-sell, and help set the playbook.
  • Level up continuously — test new channels, refine search craft, and raise the bar every quarter.
What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years in Financial Services recruitment (executive search and/or contracting/temp/staffing).
  • Proven BD chops — you know how to open doors, convert meetings, and acquire new clients fast.
  • Track record of delivery — consistent billings, repeat business, credible references.
  • Start-up mindset — hands-on, resourceful, thrives with autonomy, hits the ground Day 1.
  • Growth DNA — coachable, curious, constantly upgrading tools, sourcing, pitch, and close.

  • 90 days: first fees/contractors on board; repeat roles from at least 2 new accounts.
