Clinical Services Director, [Nursing Home], $10 K above #HVN

Key Responsibilities:

• To Supervise, mentor, and develop staff in the multiple clinical departments
• To Provide guidance in regular rounds, assessments, behavioural interventions, and crisis management.
• To Lead research initiatives, including conceptualization, data analysis, and reporting.
• To Establish and maintain research partnerships to share findings and best practices.
• To Ensure quality of care for residents and nurture relationships with next of kin.
• To Develop and uphold social work practice standards, and quality outcomes.
• To Enhance work processes and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• To Promote healthy physical, psycho, and social environments that encourage engagement, cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and emotional well-being.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Allied Health, Gerontology, Dementia Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Experience in eldercare, acute care hospital, senior day care centers, and/or nursing homes.
