Geylang - Senior Staff Nurse

Overview

Reporting to the Daycare Manager and Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll split your time equally between clinical care and administrative coordination, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth, supportive, and high-quality patient journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver safe, personalized nursing care and maintain high standards in documentation, infection control, and treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor and optimize care plans.
• Guide and mentor junior staff, contributing to a capable and cohesive nursing team.
• Oversee essential administrative duties — from resource coordination to customer service and record-keeping.
• Stay current with best practices, drive continuous improvement, and uphold a culture of excellence.

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Min 2 years of Registered Nurse working experience.
• Passion to serve.
• Processes strong sense of responsibility for safety, patient, considerate and courteous towards patients
