Job Description & Requirements
Main Accountabilities
Assist sales department in processing customer enquiries and meeting their needs.
Manage all enquires, provide timely response and follow ups
Build sustainable and lasting relationships with customers through tele-communication, social media or web based platform
Provide accurate and valid information to customers.
Conduct customer satisfaction survey at given timeline, keep records of customer interactions
Create and update customer purchasing patterns
Process and coordinate customer orders fulfilment
Generate customer order related documents
Take the extra mile to engage customers by up selling company products
Internal & External Working Relationships
Work with others in a friendly, cooperative manner, and inspire others to cooperate.
Establish a long term working relationship with customers.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)- Customer service orientated and proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt/respond to different type of characters.
- Patience in listening to customer request and persistence in follow up
- Proficient in Microsoft words and Excel
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
