Senior Human Resources Executive (Based in Singapore-Jurong)
Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently administering human resources and administration services in accordance with the company's policies and procedures for Singapore and other assigned sites.
Essential Job Functions:
Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
Leave / Time Administration
Manage all leave & timesheet processes efficiently, ensuring accurate maintenance of the company's computerized Leave & Time System.
Hiring
Manage the entire recruitment and selection processes, coordinating with agencies, organizing interviews, ensuring proper execution of formalities, conducting orientations, and executing agreements for new hires.
Wage Administration
Handle all activities related to salary administration and ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data to third-party payroll service providers.
Performance Management
Coordinate and oversee the company's annual performance review process.
Training
Administer the company's Training Program, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines, and maintaining accurate training records for employees and department heads.
Benefits
Manage the company's benefits program, provide advice to the HR Manager on unusual claims, ensure proper insurance coverage for all employees, organize recreational and social activities to foster employer-employee relationships, and conduct exit interviews.
Statistical Reporting
Compile manpower statistics for submission to relevant authorities and institutions as required, and prepare monthly internal metrics to support reporting efforts.
Administration
Manage the company's telephone system and guest relations, ensuring availability of visitor identification stickers, overseeing card key and access systems, monitoring office cleaners and contractors, renewing licenses and agreements. May be required to attend management meetings to record minutes.
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience in an MNC environment
- Experience in supporting policy formulation, implementation, review, and alignment.
- Proficiency in using Times Software E-Leave and E-Attendance system is essential.
- Chinese Language skill is a must (to communicate with Chinese counterpart).
