Job Scope:

  • Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, documentation)
  • Assist with sales coordination, including preparing quotations, invoices, and order processing
  • Liaise with customers on enquiries, order status, and delivery updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting when required
  • Handle email correspondence and basic customer service support
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks

Requirement:

  • Experience in administration / sales support / customer service roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support the team
