Admin / Customer Service / Sales Admin

Job Scope:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders for customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team on product availability and delivery schedules.
  • Update sales records, reports, and customer database.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience in the logistics & supply chain industry is advantageous
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)

Loan Admin (Hire Purchase)- Ups to $3200; North

Job Scope:

  • Evaluate and process hire purchase loan applications, including conducting credit checks and assessing applicants’ eligibility.
  • Respond to loan enquiries promptly and provide suitable loan solutions or alternatives based on customers’ needs.
  • Collect, verify and submit required customer information and documents to banks and financial institutions for loan approval.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate the processing, documentation, drawdown and redemption of loan facilities.
  • Maintain accurate loan and facility records while supporting administrative tasks and preparing reports to ensure smooth loan administration and timely disbursement.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or any other field
  • At least 1 year of related experience in Automotive Hire Purchase Loans OR Loan Process.
