Marketing & Sales Support Executive - Pasir Ris

We are looking for a marketing and sales representative who has expeirence in TV channel or broadcasting business.

Reporting to: Manager, International Business.

• Ensure all digital assets (e.g., Facebook pages, websites) are regularly updated with current and upcoming content to keep visitors/fans informed.
• Create and send customised emailers to the internal database, ensuring timely updates around content launches, highlights, and schedules.
• Plan and execute festive or event-based social media posts, including contests aligned with major events to increase community engagement.
• Keep all affiliates informed with timely updates on ongoing and upcoming content via emailers, creatives, and other communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure weekly/monthly EPGs are shared on time and error-free.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of content and marketing materials required by partners and clients.

• Coordination with ad sales team for timely execution of on-air commitments.
• Timely execution of ad sales contracts and processing of ad sales deals in the system accordingly.
• Processing of RO (release order) after the deal is signed, coordination with clients to ensure that signed deal is executed properly.
• Timely checking and verifying the accounts and following up on the payments from the clients.
• Preparing monthly schedule of the long-term clients and keeping them informed about any new Prime Properties (Shows) being launched on the channel.
• Strictly follow the deadlines of the schedule.
• Maintain records of deal signed, realized/unrealized ad sales revenue.
• Assist in preparing presentations, sell sheets, and campaign decks for the sales team as needed.
• Maintain and update sales support materials with latest show/programming information, performance highlights, and promotional assets

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Hindi language is preferable considering working with Indian TV channels.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Canva/Photoshop (basic level preferred), and email campaign tools (Mailchimp, etc.).
