Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Finance Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting& finance function within the company, reporting to the Team Lead.
§ Handle full Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, receipt posting, customer statements, and collection follow-up.
§ Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and minimize overdue balances.
§ Reconcile AR balances and investigate discrepancies with internal departments and customers.
§ Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status to management.
§ Process credit notes, refunds, and adjustments accurately and timely.
§ Coordinate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment matters
§ Handle insurance-related documentation including issuance of cover notes, policy inclusion, deletion, endorsement, and policy amendments.
§ Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
§ Any other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field or preferably with relevant accounting experience
- Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in adynamic environment;
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
- Hands-on experience in cloud accounting systems such as XERO would be advantageous.
