We are seeking a highly motivated Engineers to join our team and contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence. As an Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning across different facilities, collaborating with experienced professionals and utilizing the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executes and supports ACMV project tasks; focuses on technical and site coordination.
- Technical execution, site supervision, drawing review.
- Assists in preparing work schedules and material plans.
- Reviews and interprets ACMV drawings/specifications.
- Liaises with subcontractors and site supervisors.
- Prepares material requisitions and follows up on delivery.
- Conducts daily inspections; ensures installation per drawings.
- Supports T&C activities and prepares reports.
- Prepares daily/weekly reports and documentation (drawings, materials).
- Tracks material usage and assists with cost estimation
- Ensures site works meet local codes and specifications.
- -Reports to Senior Engineer / Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Relevant experience in ACMV / M&E industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of ACMV systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans), equipment sizing, heat loads, and local codes/standards (ASHRAE, Singapore building codes, Green Mark etc).
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/shop drawing tools
- Good communicator, able to coordinate among multiple stakeholders, proactive, self-driven.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, fast-paced environment, willing to work extended days when required.
