We’re Hiring: Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager

Creating moments. Connecting people. Building community.

We’re on the lookout for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the charge in elevating our Club’s brand across Singapore. This role is all about shaping how the world sees us—building awareness, reaching the right audiences, and ensuring our identity shines consistently both externally and internally.

You’ll be the mastermind behind our external marketing strategies, while also guiding internal branding efforts to create a unified, powerful Club identity. Plus, you’ll oversee our marcom and social teams to ensure everything clicks together seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the Club’s competitive edge and craft winning marketing strategies.
  • Set bold short-term and long-term goals to boost membership sales and transfer amounts.
  • Analyze membership demographics to pinpoint and engage target markets.
  • Drive a consistent, synergized branding strategy across all platforms.
  • Create impactful marketing materials that showcase our Club and attract new members.
  • Energize social events with creative promotion to maximize participation and enhance our brand.
  • Ensure all internal communications (magazine, website, posters, flyers, email blasts) reflect and strengthen our brand identity.
  • Support membership sales—conduct tours, answer queries, and follow up with prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with members to encourage word-of-mouth advocacy.
  • Promote and manage advertising opportunities across Club channels (magazine, website, billing statements, email).
  • Develop sub-brands for Club services and amenities that align with our overall strategy.
  • Forge strategic alliances and sponsorships to expand our reach.
  • Take on other exciting projects that help us grow!

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, Public Relations, or corporate communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proven track record in conceptualizing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Skilled in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Independent, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and embrace new tools and technologies.

Why Join Us?

At Singapore Swimming Club, this isn’t just a job - it’s your chance to be part of the energy that brings our community to life. From sports and social activities and events to food and fun, you’ll join a warm, collaborative team that values creativity, initiative, and joy in the everyday.

Do what you love while creating meaningful experiences for our members.
