Site Operations Assistant - Bedok

We are looking for a responsible and organized Site Operations Assistant to manage and support interior design project sites. You will help ensure smooth site operations, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and assist in delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Daily Site Operations Assist in coordinating day-to-day activities on-site, including setting up work areas, checking supplies, and ensuring equipment is ready for use.
2. Administrative Support Handle basic paperwork, maintain records, assist with data entry, and support communication between site teams and management.
3. Monitor Site Cleanliness & Safety Help ensure the site remains clean, organized, and safe by reporting hazards, following safety rules, and assisting with routine checks.
4. Inventory and Supplies Handling Assist in tracking inventory levels, receiving deliveries, and organizing materials and tools needed for operations.
5. Assist Site Supervisors and Team Leads Provide hands-on support to supervisors by carrying out assigned tasks promptly and helping with team coordination when needed.

• Completed Secondary School / High School (SPM, O-Level, or equivalent) 
• Mature with 4+ years working experience coordinating with local and international workers. Able to be firm and communicate well with strong headed workers 
• Good communication and problem-solving skills 
• Able to read basic floor plans and layout drawings 
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks on-site 
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality standard
