Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Supervise contractors and subcontractors on HDB, condominium, and landed residential projects to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate with consultants, project managers, and relevant authorities.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, quality control procedures, and HDB / BCA regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in HDB, Condo, and/or Landed Residential Projects.
Familiar with local building codes, HDB standards, and construction methodologies.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
