Site Engineer (Architectural) LTA Project

• Coordinating and supervising architectural work on-site, including monitoring quality, safety, and adherence to project plans and specifications
• Liaising with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth project progression
• Reviewing and approving architectural submittals, shop drawings, and other project documentation
• Collaborating with the construction team to identify and implement process improvements
• Providing technical guidance and support to the site team, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Maintaining detailed records and project documentation

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with local regulations and experience working on LTA projects would be advantageous
